Revd Jo Trickey - Assistant Curate

Day off: Friday

Nick is married to Anna and they have 3 children. Nick has been at Christ Church since September 2011 having previously worked at churches in Ditton, Farnborough and Tongham.  He is passionate about helping people discover who Jesus is and the difference He makes to their lives.

Nick enjoys dinner parties, occasional trips to the theatre and cinema, and getting away with watching as much sport as possible. He still manages to play the odd game of club hockey when not injured, but can increasingly be found helping coach at his son’s hockey and cricket clubs.

  Day off: Friday

Jo is married to Josh. Before being ordained Jo worked as a Student Pastor and spent lots of time studying, having studied both English and Theology she spends her life surrounded by piles of books. She loves travelling, and having grown up in New Zealand she has a passion for exploring.

Jo loves spending time with her family, eating with friends, being creative and setting up home before baby Trickey arrives in January 2018. She came to faith in Jesus as a small child and is passionate about seeing young people grow in their faith.

Day off: Friday

James is married to Mel and they have a baby boy. James grew up at Christ Church but has recently moved back to the area and started working for the church in Oct '15.

In a previous life he used to be a music teacher but now loves using music to share the gospel with youth and kids, and adults too.

In his spare time James loves playing football, writing songs and attempting to do DIY. If James could be likened to a famous character, it has been observed that he would be 'Tigger' from Winnie the Pooh- you can decide why!

Jenny Duncan - Church Administrator

Jenny is married to Matt and they have 2 growing up by the minute children. They have all been coming to Christ Church since 2012.
She really enjoys reading a good book, gardening, DIY, travelling to hot climates, good food and going to rock concerts.

Jenny is also an enthusiastic painter and would like to spend more time on her efforts. Jenny is an avid collector of wine and gin (but it doesn’t seem to last long)!

Tim Herbert - Youth and Worship

Tim is a bubbly outgoing person with an addiction to the outdoor. Which led him to do a year-long internship with Richmond holidays, allowing him to ski for 5 months in the French Alps and become a windsurfing instructor in Samos, Greece.

Tim started out in Arizona, Phoenix and has travel mad parents who have taken him all over the world. He finally settled into a small country village in Bedfordshire. His home church is Ampthill Baptist Church, which he has attended since he was 8 years old.

Tim loves sport, especially rugby, and can be seen watching, playing and following every type of sport. Tim also plays a variety of instruments his favourite is his saxophone. He can just about name every Mr Men character, has a slight obsession with Earth Wind and Fire, and although it's immeasurable - he's a general comedian at life.
