On 22nd August Christ Church was pleased to host our Seniors In Touch day which this year was themed around the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. All enjoyed a leisurely start to the day with morning coffee followed by a pre-lunch Pimms whilst photos in suitable rally attire were taken. In seaside fashion lunch was fish and chips followed by an ice cream. The afternoon entertainment was to watch the classic film Genevieve and we were delighted to be joined by Beatrice Gould who told us a little about her experience of being in the film. The afternoon closed with scones, jam and cake before everyone headed home. None of this could have happened without our wonderful volunteers!
