We had a wonderfully fun afternoon on 30th October at our light party with crafts, games, quizzes and snacks remembering and celebrating Jesus as the light of the world. The following weekend we were delighted to welcome our brownies and guides for our Remembrance service. The guides had decorated the church beautifully with paper poppies and shared with the congregation the role girl guides had played in World War 2 and in offering humanitarian aid in the Ukraine conflict. An uplifting service remembering not only the fallen but all who supported them.
