The team organised another wonderful In Touch day with a Scottish theme including a three course lunch which included Venison Cobbler or Rumbledthump Pies (and if you don’t know what the latter is you should ask one of the attendees). After pudding of Strawberry shortbread or Cranachan there was an afternoon of Scottish entertainment with lilting Scottish songs on the piano and some Highland dancers. The afternoon ended with tea and Ecclefechan tarts. Sincere thanks to the team for their hard work and creative ideas.
